Cllr Andy Mann has been notified by the planning officer at Havering that the planning application submitted for a day nursery for 20 Ascension Road, in Collier Row has been withdrawn by the applicant.
The only reason given by the applicant is "for further discussions with the local authority and clarification of the site ownership and redline boundary".
Applicants are entitled to withdraw before a decision is made, and Cllr Mann understands that the planning officers were set to recommend that this application be refused. They will be entitled to submit a new application free of charge in due course. We will let you know if this happens.
