Mawneys Action Team member Joe Webster was on hand to represent the Residents Association at the latest meeting of the Friends of Havering Country Park on Monday night. A good-turn out of local people means this group is still growing and making a mark on what it is trying to do.
Discussion took place concerning the forthcoming work day in the park and the fund raising quiz next week, also at the meeting was Havering Councils Park Manager, Martin Stanton who was answering questions and informing the residents of what action the Council will be taking in the coming months to help improve the park.
