Mawneys team member Graham Price, has received adverse comments from a number of concerned residents in relation to a planning application for 177/179, Mawney Road.
This is for a change of use from a purely residential home, to a residential institution, to provide a residential care home for twelve residents, with ancillary facilities, amenity space and parking provision.
Graham has spoken to a number of residents in Mawney Road, and has also taken up a complaint received from a resident about the lack of notification. We are aware that there have been over 100 letters of objection sent in, which is a huge number for a planning issue, and we will be monitoring the progress of the application very closely.
